Following a childhood spent in Sri Lanka, Sydney, the English countryside, and Darien, CT, Carmel-born interior designer Natasha Jansz has spent the last couple of decades making Los Angeles her favorite home.

After earning a Fine Arts degree from USC, Natasha completed UCLA’s rigorous Masters of Interior Architecture program. She assisted designers on multi-million dollar residences before launching Natasha Jansz Design in 2006, designing spec houses for developers. From there, her work has evolved to creating comfortable, eclectic homes that suit the lifestyles of her clients – often people with young families like her own.

Natasha’s aesthetic on every project is driven by architecture and her clients’ personal style. Her signature interiors feature clean lines on neutral backdrops that are warmed up by color, pattern, texture, organic touches, and art. Unique vintage pieces mingle playfully with contemporary classics, and Natasha prides herself on her ability to deliver a beautifully transformed space across a range of price points.

Past work of Natasha’s has been featured on House Beautiful, Apartment Therapy, Houzz and the Celebrity Style section of Elle Decor. Recently she has teamed up with her favorite collaborator, her G.C. husband Will, to transform spaces for lucky homeowners on HGTV’s Househunters Renovation. The duo live in Los Angeles with their young daughters, Saskia and Camelia, in a very loved old house that always has a project in progress or on the horizon.
